一、JD职责说明

 Direct report to Factory Operation Manager; 直接向工厂营运经理汇报;

B.      Solve problems relatedto production process/equipment;Improve productivity; 解决与生产工 艺/设备相关问题;提升生产效率 ；

C.     New product introduction; Assist production tosolve production problems; 新产品导入；协助 生产解决生产疑难问题；

D.     Plan and implement equipment maintenance; 计划及实施设备保养；

E.       Responsible for WI,equipment operation instruction and maintenance instruction writing; 负责WI ，设备操作指导书，保养指导书等的编写；

F.       Responsible for the analysis of defective productsand participate in the 8D report;负责不良品的分析及参与8D报告的工作;

G.      Responsible for sample preparation and production;负责样品的准备和制作；

H.     Responsible for production guidance andtraining；负责生产的指导和培训；

I.         Others assigned work by Operationmanager and Germany HQ. 运营经理及德国总部交办的其他工作。

二、Requirements of skills技能要求

A.       College degree or above;大专以上学历；

B.       3 years’ experiences at production or product engineer;3年以上生产或产品工程师工作经验;

C.        Knowledge of engineeringdrawing is a plus; 熟悉工程绘图者优先考虑;

D.       Skills with MS, English can be reading and writing;有一定的英语读写能力;

E.      Can work independent, passionate and self-motivated;能够独立工作，充满激情，自我激励;

F.      Good team member, willing to support and to learn, and toaccept new challenge.良好的团队合作精神，乐 于支持和学习，接受新的挑战.
